Company
Be Beauty (fictional company) is a make-up brand targeted at woman aged 25-35 who love make-up and care about what they put on their faces and into the environment. The target audience has a disposable income and isn’t afraid to spend more on trying new brands. They are professional and aspire to make a difference in the world.

Problem
Be Beauty’s problem is that they are new. They needed their lipsticks to stand out but also get their values across. These values include not testing on animals and being kind to the environment. I had one side of A4 to let a potential customer be introduced to the brand and take up the money off offer.

Solution
I focussed on being heard without being over the top. Be Beauty’s make-up is natural, however, that does not mean you need to blend into the crowd. Additionally, I hit the pain points of not wanting make-up tested on animals and the use of plastic in the industry.

Appleberry Farm - Simply Healthy Steamed Veggies (fictional)

Objective was to highlight the benefits of the steamed veggies and get the customer to buy them using a cut out coupon. I used the feature of the bag changing colour to set a scene suggesting ‘magic’ to appeal to mothers and their children.
